Had a desperate need to access an older "mechanical safe". One call and I was speaking directly with a company staff member - NOT a call center. Within, literally minutes, we had exchanged and confirmed information with their tech rep and an appointment was set. Amazing customer service, amazing response time and at a reasonable cost.
