Had a desperate need to access an older "mechanical safe". One call and I was speaking directly with a company staff member - NOT a call center. Within, literally minutes, we had exchanged and confirmed information with their tech rep and an appointment was set. Amazing customer service, amazing response time and at a reasonable cost. Definitely now on my permanent "go to list"! Thank you Charlies Lock and Safe!!!

Great customer service help when needed prices are very reasonable for replacement keys for Honda HR-V in 15 minutes.He will definitely be my contact if I need car keys and programming.
