We had a new service person who was in and out in less than 10 minutes and was short and abrupt. Our original technician would ensure that we were happy with our service. We would like to have our original technician back.Service: Bug & insect extermination

Bug-Off has provided quarterly service on our home for over 10 years. They recently got bought by a larger company and the changes have not been good. They have automated their notification and the message they leave is rather rude. Our technician is great but the company has gone downhill.Service: Bug & insect extermination
