I've had two items altered here and both turned out perfectly. One was a leather jacket and needed to be taken in just a little. She had the alterations completed in a few days and did an incredible job. I imagine altering real leather isn't the easiest, but she made it look like the jacket was originally constructed that way and the price was right. Will definitely continue taking my clothing items to her.

I took my wedding dress in for an alteration quote and the lady told me the dress is too detailed to hem and I would just have to wear it long. This dress is way too long to walk in, even if I bought 6-inch heels. I took it somewhere else and found a place that explained it could be hemmed but it would take a little longer as some of the detail would have to be removed and then sewn back on. I think the lady at B&N just wasn't experienced enough to attempt it which is fine, but she should have said that rather than trying to convince me to wear it long. Make sure you get at least 3 quotes for your wedding dress alterations!

I recently had a formal gown hemmed at BN Tailoring Alterations, and was very pleased with my experience there. The owner was friendly and accommodating. Measurements were taken right away, and I was told to return in one week to pick up my dress. Exactly one week later I returned, and my dress was nicely hemmed and ready for me. I recommend this business to anyone in the Woodstock area wanting reasonably-priced alterations that are completed in a timely manner.
