Just had some work done and it was a solid experience, top to bottom. The scheduler was receptive and helpful. I called right before closing on a Friday, they still answered and were able to get me booked for the next morning. The technician, Cairo, arrived on time, was pleasant to work with, cordial, and knowledgeable about the work being done. The work was completed with no up-sells or attempts to be sneaky about pricing. Pricing itself was fair, especially since it's an on site mechanic that came to me. I plan on using this team again in the future, and I'll be requesting Cairo again as the technician.

Cairo and Derrick from Blue Lotus were awesome! I was recently stranded in Woodstock, 45 miles from home, with a car that would not start. I called Blue Lotus without knowing anything about them and I’m glad I did. They did everything they could do that afternoon and evening to make sure I got home to my family that same evening. They came to me and had to replace my alternator on the spot. Friendly, attentive, informative, reasonably priced and just really good people. I would definitely call them again in a heartbeat!! I am so pleased and impressed with the work Cairo and Amanda did on my car. I contacted them on Thursday and they came to my home the next morning to do the eval. Parts came overnight and by Saturday afternoon they had completed the needed repairs. They called to confirm the appointment, 30 minutes prior to arrival, and were on time for the eval and when they came back to complete the repair. They are very knowledgeable and professional, thoroughly explain their findings and options, and the pricing is extremely reasonable (likely even cheaper than many places). All that plus no inconveniences of traditional shops where you either have to drop your car and wait or hassle... read full review
