The technician, Cairo, arrived on time, was pleasant to work with, cordial, and knowledgeable about the work being done. The work was completed with no up-sells or attempts to be sneaky about pricing. Pricing itself was fair, especially since it's an on site mechanic that came to me. I plan on using this team again in the future, and I'll be requesting Cairo again as the technician.
