Keith & Kevin were amazing. In this summer heat, we needed a fix for our a/c issues. They were prompt & came up with a temporary fix allowing us time to plan our next move for a replacement. We look forward to working with them for a long term solution. I will be recommending them going forward.

We recently had a fantastic experience with Atlanta Air Authority, particularly with their technician Kevin. From start to finish, the communication from the company was top-notch. They sent text alerts to keep us informed about our upcoming appointments and were quick to respond when we needed to adjust our schedule for a late appointment.
Kevin's service was exceptional. After having tried other companies that couldn’t figure out why our new AC unit was running nonstop, Kevin quickly assessed the problem on his first visit. Atlanta Air Authority swooped in for the rescue. Our outdoor unit was fried by a nearby lightening strike. Keith and his crew were quick, affordable, caring, and attentive. AAA is an outstanding company, and they have earned me as a loyal customer from now on.
