I had most of a half sleeve done elsewhere years ago. I didn’t love the work I got and looked diligently for someone who seemed to know their stuff on rework. I saw Justin’s work and inquired. After 2 sessions with him, I now know these I absolutely made the right choice. His work is phenomenal and takes his time to get it right. I highly recommend Justin and would happily refer my friends and family to him. His availability is worth the wait.
