Whatever they use to control/kill insects in our house works well. The only rare bug we find in the house are dead. If there are new problems that crop up from time to time they schedule a revisit promptly for free. We use them for termites as well and so far no issues.
Always a pleasure to deal with. Exterminators are professional and knowledgeable. Super informative and friendly. Appointments can be set up via email, or phone call. Always on time. Heck, they'll even wait a few minutes if you've forgotten about the appointment and are close by.
