My main point of contact was Stephanie and I was so impressed with her customer service, promptness, etc. There aren't many like her out there anymore. 5+ stars all the way. The whole process went smoothly, but my interaction with her made me feel appreciated as a customer.

Ever since I switched over from another company, I've really enjoying being a customer of GrassRoots. My technician, Kevin, is not only friendly and always quick to respond to every request, he also is very knowledgeable about the types of grass in my yard and how best to care for it. The office staff has been friendly and responsive to any request I've had in the past and I appreciate the texts and emails for services. I couldn't be happier with the service and I would recommend GrassRoots to my neighbors who are looking for a great lawn-care service.
