Very unprofessional and rude! Had a nice recruiter reach out to me and attempt to work with me but it was almost impossible to hear her over the extremely loud vulgar language in the background. This behavior says a lot about this company and its immaturity. If you’re looking into Vankirk Electric, take your business and your money elsewhere.

They have only superintendents and project managers, you know the upper management people. They sub their work, at least in Charlotte NC to a spanish guy who hires illegals to do all the work. Their superintendents have no control or authority over any of the workers and if you try to make the workers do a sub-par job at best then you get in trouble. They build multifamily condos/apartments all over and I wouldn't live in one if they paid me to do so.
