I joined Redefined Fitness in January and it was the best decision I have made!!! So far I have lost 32lbs and have gained more strength and confidence than any gym I have ever joined. Donte will make sure you hit your goals and will give you the confidence you need when you think you can not lift those weights. Five stars is not enough for this place if you need a change in your life.
