I was in a jam...and needed a large beautiful bouquet of flowers immediately. I found Peggy's silk floral designs of Winder. I called her explained I needed flowers ASAP... immediately and what happened. She told me to come in and she will help me. I explained I went to Ann's florist and wanted a big bouquet of flowers for about $60 that my son was coming home from the Army today and he wanted them for his girlfriend. I ordered flowers from Ann's florist the day before and when I went to pick them up I was given a bouquet of white daisy's and light pink carnations. From the moment I called Peggy's Floral, I've been impressed. My grandfather died Wednesday, so the last thing I had to worry about were flowers but I knew they had to be done. I looked online and came across her website as a local florist, she was supposedly closed so I figured I'd call and leave a message since it was about 2 hours past her closing. To my surprise Ms. Peggy answered, after hours and directly. She was kind and sweet and I explained our situation that my daughter was having surgery the day of my grandfather's wake and asked if delivery would be available. Peggy is absolutely delightful to order from. I called her at 8:30 on a Saturday morning after a holiday and needed flowers for a funeral. I needed them ready by 10 as my sister had ordered as well and that was her pickup time. Peggy did not hesitate, I gave her my budget, she made some recommendations on the flowers . I was worried that given the time restraints the arrangement might be lacking. I had nothing to worry about Peggy did an absolutely beautiful arrangement. I was thrilled, the flowers she did for my sister were stunning as well. Thank you Peggy for such an awesome job! You will be my florist from now on.
