The 5 stars are for Cole, who did my quarterly pest inspection last week. The 1st tech called and said he would be at my place the next afternoon. He never came or called. ? I called to see if someone else could come out. The next day Cole came on time and did an excellent job. He was personal and professional. He took time to explain what was needed and he sprayed for spiders in my basement. Most of the techs only do the outside. I hope he gets to come do my next quarterly pest service. Way to go Cole!

We called today about a problem with house flies. Within 2 hours, technician Michael Mauldin was at our home and was able to identify the problem and offer solutions. Michael went out of his way on a holiday weekend Friday afternoon to help us. Thank you Michael!

We have had an excellent experience with Massey. Shemeka did our initial inspection & was very kind & patient! She took time to answer all my questions & explaining the process. Eugene came out to spray & was very thorough & kind. A few days later & we haven't seen any ants. Thank you Massey!
