“Overall, I'm pleased with the service. Melissa, the team leader is great. She is a hard worker, with very good work ethic. Over the years, she has been accompanied by various assistants, some great and some not so good. There could be more consistency there. Also, most of the assistants speak little or no English. No staff should be hired, if if they can't communicate. That is a problem for both the client, and the team leader.“
