I couldn’t wait to get my hair cut it was done to my butt ! I got a hair wash with shampoo and conditioner and my hair feels so much better ! Sam , you were great you educated me on my hair and what to use and I appreciate that a lot ! I will be back to see you again ! I wanna to tip you more then what I did but , next I will . Sam was very polite , and caring and concerned and she was helpful and that was a big comfort we had a great conversation she made me feel very comfortable ! Thank you

I wish to thank the salon's owner for reaching out to me after I expressed my concerns about my recent visit.She took the time to listen, confirmed that some of what I experienced was unusual, and assured me she will correct the issues with the stylist that was involved.Although I had really let go of memory of the situation, I really appreciate it that she called to find out what happened.And for the record, the stylist did a great job with my haircut, in spite of what happened.

Visiting here is always a great experience. The staff are nice and talkative, they listen to your requests. I’ve never had to wait a long time, but I also do recommend checking in online. Your haircut preferences can also be saved by them so you don’t have to remember the exact clipper sizes and whatnot. I don’t need a big fancy salon that costs a lot, so I do perfectly fine coming here and leaving a better tip because of how well they do here.
