“I am new to the Jefferson area and needed to find a chiropractor quickly. I called several in the area and Dr Pugh was the only one that actually answered the phone. I didn't know what to expect with his service since there were no reviews but it was my only option. I took my 6 yr old daughter here yesterday and she loved it. Dr Pugh was very thorough and took the time to figure out what was wrong. He was gentle with her and made her very comfortable. We will no longer be looking for a chiropractor since we have found ours. He has recently moved so he is no longer next to Kroger. He's off of Hwy 11 across from CarQuest.“

“Not really sure what the last guy's problem was, but I'm not sure if he knows that this man is a chiropractor, not an allopathic physician. I have been to many chiropractors throughout my life. Some are true lightweights that need to leave the profession immediately. Some are brutal like a sledgehammer and tend to over-adjust. Doctor Torey's adjustment was accurate and somewhat precise. He has been practicing for over 15 years and has similar techniques to the other doctors. He is not afraid to wrap a towel around your neck and give you a nice tug. Sometimes when the vertebrae is all locked up, they can adjust all they want and still not bring the relief you deserve. Manual traction is usually the only answer and he is not afraid to apply it. He adjusts from the neck on down to the toes. Typically, these type of establishments make their money by feeding people through like they are cattle. I sat in that waiting room, waiting and waiting, as I could hear him taking his time with the patient in the room next to me! Now that was refreshing! When he entered the room, he had apologized for the wait and I told him that it only shows that he is never in a rush, and that I appreciated it. The last room had one woman and three children getting adjusted. I would swear he took even longer with just me. I did not know whether to sign up for just a single visit or for the full membership. I had been to other places that begin with the letter J. They are known for having the most inexperienced doctors ever. I had to walk out of three of them totally disgusted. These chiropractors fresh out of college are giving the profession a bad name. I have been to this location in the past and was treated by the previous doctor. The guy didn't have a clue. His manipulations could only be described as a joke. I walked out of this place and swore I would never come back. I did receive the welcome news letter in my email about a new doctor that it just arrived. Since my current chiropractor seems to have Bankers hours and wasn't there when I arrived at his office, I thought I would give this new doctor a try. I am very glad that I did. His lower back adjustment was precise, and I was able to sleep that very night with very little pain, as compared to previous nights. He managed to pop in a couple of rib heads that were out, gave a good neck adjustment as well as upper thoracic traction tugs. It has been a week and I need to get back to see him today. I put my body through total hell this week and I need him to put my vertebrates back into a natural position. Most people give good reviews of the doctor that is treating them. I am brutally honest when it comes to reviews. This guy definitely deserves the fifth star.“
