We had to bring in our 14 yrs old terrier mix we loving call Lil Girl. LG needed & recieved major surgery to remove several growing lumps on her belly. The ? level of kindness shown w/entire staff was genuine & very much appreciated!
Our LG once home was wagging her tail & walking around?
Can't say thank you enough to the Vets and staff at Dade County Animal Hospital in helping me get the two "free range" dogs that visit me their shots and tests. They had never been collared, much less leashed or in a carrier. The staff members helped me get them inside, let them stay together in the same room, and then helped me get them back in the car. The vets and assistants were so understanding of my situation, and took such great care with them since this was a foreign experience for both of these dogs.
For me, it was an amazing display of extreme customer service.
My husband and I couldn't ask for more compassionate people. When we went in to have our baby put to sleep due to cancer they gave us all the time in the world to be with her and let us do it at our pace. They didn't rush us. The last vet in Delaware was very rude and rushed us. We felt like we were at home and that they made us feel like we mattered to them and our baby was the most important baby in the room.
