They walked us through the process and showed us the different levels of craftsmanship we could select from. We challenged them on the stain color and they produced a number of samples until we were 100% happy. They were wonderful to work with and communicated with us through the entire process. Their design team and installation team were very professional and everything went very smooth on installation day.
