A little lengthy but needed to be said and quite overdue. I would like to take this opportunity to say that meeting Matthew (Matt) Kaylor was a great pleasure and quite educational. First, I met Matt while he was doing an inspection of a septic tank at a very close family friend’s house while they were out of town. I was amazed at how quickly and efficiently he jumped into the job while also explaining every facet of the inspection. Once he finished (allowing me to also observe the inners of the tank), I requested he perform the inspection to our tank. Matt advised me that it would be approx. a week and a half before he could get out to our place. True to his word on the time period, Matt responded to our home and informed us that it was due for a full service. As Matt continued to work (alone, doing the work of three individuals), he still took the time to educate my wife and I on certain requirements needed to maintain a good clean septic tank. He also showed he how I can tell when I have water leaking from somewhere in our home. Matt was an all-out nice gent to talk to, very knowledgeable, an honest gent you can trust and I have already recommended him to several of our neighbors.
