I am new to the area and my elderly parents were in town and my air went out.. it was almost 90 degrees in my house. I called several places and Rowell was the only business to get to me same day. The tech that came out was so professional and pain stakingly found the problem and fixed it same day. I am so thankful for people that care and went above and beyond to help me and my family. I will only use this company if I have issues. The tech was Wilson.

Rowell Electric installed a Generac whole house generator. Their saleman, office staff and especially Field Technician Jay Gambrell provided fair and top drawer professional services to us. The installation was superb with no interference to our home. We would highly recommend Rowell Electric over all of their competitors.
