Gary Flakes Sr was the project manager along with his son and other crew members. One of the two was there throughout the day. They did both units same day. Cleaned up after themselves and hauled old stuff off. It's a family business. They got me on their schedule in two days after it went out. Very knowledgeable and his crew were all gentlemen.
