I was totally not satisfied with the customer service I received today!!! The staff was rude at the front desk and the girl that took me back was rude as well! She discussed my insurance options out loud stating that I was not eligible for a free exam at the time. I understand how insurance works but to discuss my business so the entire waiting room could hear was totally unprofessional and embarrassing!!! I called back to speak with an officer manager, they stated that they did not have one and that the office Dr. would call me back.
Been seeing Dr. Brown ever since he took over for Dr. DeWitt. Great doctor and staff. Just got my glasses adjusted. Everything looks much better now. Thanks!
