“I have been a Bug House client since early 2018 and have been a happy customer ever since. First, when We locked in our price for a quarterly service it was—indeed—locked in. We are paying the same quarterly price in 2024 that We were in 2018. That’s a quality lesson for fellow business owners in business retention. Secondly, when I call because I see a bug or two around in between my quarterly sprays, they come out within a day or two and spray again—free of charge. Over the years, I’ve had to call them out a few times to do a respray, and it usually does the trick. But the fact that they are prompt about it and don’t charge me anything is high class. Thirdly, their pest control technicians are top quality: they take off their shoes at the front door, they answer questions with intelligence, they politely ask if they can spray certain places, and they also arrive on time (punctuality is definitely a priority for the company). As I mentioned before, I’ve been a customer for six years, and I don’t envision myself switching pest control companies anytime soon or in the future.“
