“This was by fair the BEST experience I have ever had going to a salon. I had many years of black box dye and went to a previous salon the night before, in the first pic it was after that and there was no change other than some burgundy at the top? And my roots untouched. It was awful. When I went to Shelby, she completely restored my faith in going to a salon. Aside from her amazing talent, which is clearly shown, the SIX hours we spent together I was so comfortable and felt so welcomed.
