“I am very grateful to the team at ServiceMaster of Athens for their quick and capable remediation work at my house this fall. In a distracted moment (on a Sunday morning), I left a laundry room sink running while I went outside for about 45 minutes. I came in to find it "raining" in my lower floor, ceiling tiles disintegrating and falling to the floor and water pooling on my hardwood floors. Dean Sullivan arrived at my house within 30 minutes of my call. He set up the necessary equipment within a couple of hours. Dean, and his colleagues, Andy & Carson, followed up with me throughout the week. Andy & Carson came to the house every day to check on progress, add more equipment as needed, and make adjustments. The "flood" was incredibly stressful, sad, and frustrating. However, the team at ServiceMaster of Athens made it as manageable and painless as possible. I felt incredibly supported and that the team took very good care of my home. I will absolutely recommend this company to any and everyone.“
