I have been a Bug House client since early 2018 and have been a happy customer ever since. First, when We locked in our price for a quarterly service it was—indeed—locked in. We are paying the same quarterly price in 2024 that We were in 2018. That’s a quality lesson for fellow business owners in business retention. Secondly, when I call because I see a bug or two around in between my quarterly sprays, they come out within a day or two and spray again—free of charge. Over the years, I’ve had to call them out a few times to do a respray, and it usually does the trick. But the fact that they are prompt about it and don’t charge me anything is high class. Great customer service from initial contact over phone very nice and friendly. Our service tech ray is outstanding, he is very understanding, friendly, and shows real care. He works with a great sense of professionalism. Great company for your pest needs
I cannot say enough good things about bug house! We moved into an older home May 2022 and immediately had a bug problem, specifically roaches. Lee was determined to help us get rid of them. Cullen has come out regularly whenever we needed a spray or a fog and is very thorough. He takes his time and truly cares about helping us to take care of the issue. The summer of 2022 we dealt with bugs and roaches daily, but because of their hard work, summer 2023 we have not had ONE roach in the house. It has been amazing! The team seemed truly dedicated to helping control the pests on our property and I could not be more grateful for all of their hard work!!!
