Just had our hail damaged roofed replaced. First, my thanks to Glen for making the initial process of filing a claim with my insurance company incredibly easy. I have USAA and they too helped make the process easy. Glen has been great to work with thus far as he arranged the install and provided oversight throughout the project. The installation team arrived ahead of schedule and worked tirelessly to complete the job in 1 day. The roof looks fantastic! After the install I called Glen as I was concerned about one of our dormers. He reacted immediately and had one of the installers make some adjustment alleviate my concerns. Michele and her team were great from the start, helping with every step of the process. They kept us up to date on progress and assisted with information, even well after the project was completed. Happy with the end result, and as an added bonus, we have found very few nails from the demolition process.
