I moved to Georgia 8 months ago . After moving, the stress of the last year and a half caught up with me . I had gained weight , terrible sleep loss, headaches, no energy and just overall feeling “ not good “ .I have family members back in Louisiana who go to a doctor that uses this technique that Svast practices. I've been going to Svast for 2 and 1/2 years and it only gets better. I have pursued "healthy, holistic and natural" to some degree for 25 years, and thought I was so healthy, but had come to a point of feeling exhausted, stressed and overwhelmed (and overweight). I was at the point of not caring how I looked, but was miserable in how I felt, and how I responded to the normal, although stressful, issues of life. I can’t say enough about Svast Nutrition! I have been on the program for over a year and Kajal has helped me with health issues that my doctor could never! My body was shutting down and she saved me! I am so thankful to her and her amazing team for giving me my life back! ! I’m living again and have lost weight by following her healthy diet and taking whole food supplements! I have bought a lot of supplements on Amazon in the past and nothing compares to the ones I’m taking now! Svast Nutrition is worth every penny! I highly recommend!
