Surgical Associates of Warner Robins

I had an apt with Dr Luther Couch today it was an u comfortable first visit. I went to se about a cyst on my upper thigh Dr Couch asked me to pull my pants down while he sat on the bed and a nurse leaned on the sink I felt violated.an uneasy. I was asked to go back to the waiting room and tried googling up this doctor and found nothing. I did set a surgery date BUT THATS NOT GOING HAPPEN… after reading more on this doctor Couch my instinct wasn’t wrong it was spot on. FIRST VISIT, LAST VISIT!!!! Thank you all for the reviews.

I tried MONTHS to be seen here. In MONTHS of trying I got one phone call back that I returned within 1 min. Ive NEVER got the chance to speak with ANYONE! I went in there out of frustration because Ive been throwing up daily for this entire time Ive waited unable to eat and lost over 30 lbs and my hair is falling out and the ER just told me to get seen by them and when I went in I asked who had availability the earliest. She told me Dr. Crouch had availability in a week and a half. That was a month ago. Haven't heard ANYTHING! I am filing reports with tricare so they do not waste people's time with this place. The worst customer support I have ever had with a drs office. They have one person that handles referrals and scheduling for 4 doctors. She has 3 to 5 business days to return any call or process any paperwork. Hopefully you arent in any pain like I am or you just have to sit and wait by the phone. WORST experience ever. Take some of your money you are making and hire another scheduler. Single point of failure!
