I have had two recent experiences with Speir Heating and Air. One was a preventive maintenance visit with Sergio and the second was a service call with Jacob. Both were right on time, kept me appraised of what they were doing, were extremely courteous and were very effective in resolving my issues at a very fair price. I give them my highest recommendation and will only use them in the future.
