“Receptionist lady was very nice and I didn't mind workers not bothering to speak to us when they arrived because I trusted them enough to get the work done. Problem is they scraped up some pole lines, our water in our whole house is now not working and won't come on and they are saying they are not plumbers so we will have to take care of that including financially and left it at that. He also lied and said he knocked on our door to communicate the issue but my son and I are home and watched them most of the time because hes a toddler who loves trucks which is how i saw them scraping up pole lines. Left trash at the hole in our back yard which is such a pet peeve. Edited to add and change 2 stars to 4. Guy came back that night, he was nice but couldn't fix it. Next day crew came to fix broken/cut pipes and now we have water again. Guy explained he knocked on back door not the front. I really appreciate them fixing the issue as we all make mistakes. Foreman or whoever Guy was, was nice about it. Thank you!“
