The whole process with platinum was a great experience. Lance came out for the initial assessment, my insurance covered most of the cost, and the installers were insanely fast. Whole roof removed and replaced in a single day. New roof looks amazing and adds a lot of curb appeal. Installer’s were incredible through at cleaning up everything. I didn’t find any shreds of the roof or any nails in the yard or flower beds.
