Guardian Security Systems

IWhen looking at their app for my parents’ security camera, my sister and I thought somebody was scoping out the back of our parents’ home with a flashlight late at night, and the security camera deterred them from doing anything further. The footage didn’t give us a time stamp, so my sister decided to take the phone to their office to see if they could determine what time it occurred. Guardian confirmed it was just a spider web, and people get confused by them all the time. What a relief!This is one instance where it really pays to support local businesses. I am a residential customer and have had Guardian for over a year now and am 100% satisfied. As with anything, there are bumps along the road…but Guardian goes above and beyond to always make things right. I’ve personally had experience with Kevin and Bub and they are nothing short of amazing. Also, whenever I call regarding a bill I am greeted on the phone by friendly staff. The Guardian team is professional and very friendly, while also providing quality products and services. I would give 6 stars if I could. Thank you so much for providing such great service.

I've used Guardian Security twice now and they have worked out great for me. They were responsive, on time, and courteous. Will definitely use again if needed for any home security services.
