However Lisa immediately made it right, delivering a larger bouquet of flowers (including candy) the next day and even went the extra mile to notify the recipient of the error. Later she sent me a handwritten note, including both a complimentary order and a Starbucks gift card. Supporting small businesses is worth it - the Flower Truck turned the situation around and gained a loyal customer.“

“Needed a flower arrangement to be delivered locally to a close friend after a death in her family. COG was wonderful, great assistance on the phone, because I didn't want to just order something generic online. I told her what I was looking for based on my friends likes, and the reason for my purchase. The florist went out of her way to help me customize the perfect arrangement for my friend. Then when the delivery driver arrived at her home, he couldn't get anyone to the door. This is the part where most drivers would just drop it off and leave, but the owner of the florist called and asked me how I wanted them to handle the delivery. I greatly appreciated her doing that, because my friend had actually ran out to the store, and if the driver had just dropped off the flowers and left, the recipient likely wouldn't have seen them until much later in the day, and the sun would have taken its toll on them. Customer service at it's finest! And the arrangement was absolutely gorgeous! It couldn't have matched my friend's personality better if she'd picked it herself, great job, COG!“
