I recently had my HVAC unit replaced by Buzzell, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, their professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding. From Mark who came out to give me all my options to the guys that did the install (Anthony, Kirk and Ryan), they were all fantastic! The consultation process was straightforward - the technician thoroughly explained my options, answered all my questions, and provided a fair and transparent quote. On the day of the installation, the team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and treated my home with care. Buzzell Plumbing Heating & Air did a wonderful job installing a tankless water heater on our home. Mark Buzzell came out and walked through the project. I had another bid done previously and Mark shared some concerns about the carbon monoxide accumulation with the way the other company had proposed to do the project because it wouldn’t have been under a covered porch in the basement but would have allowed CO to leak back into the living areas.
I was so grateful that Mark had the experience to know a better approach and keep my family safe. We also had them replace our gas lines that had some rusting and corrosion. Mark again showed his experience... read full review

My sink garbage disposal and faucet are changed installed and snaked with precision - Josh was WONDERFUL ???????? I'll tell everyone to call Buzzell - I call ONLY BUZZELL FOR ANYTHING ❤️
