Yall should probably replace Yaz. She is incredibly unprofessional. I called her on a Sunday and made an appointment for Thursday. I show up to the shop but she didn't. I sat there for 30mins. She didn't answer any phone calls and must've turned her phone off because I ended up going to vm after the first few calls. If something came up why didnt you call or answer any of my calls? No worries though cause I won't ever again.

I contacted Yas for her availabilities to do a braid down. She stated that she would be available that day (Sat). I told her I would call her later that day when I was ready to come. I called & texted her that day around 3:45 or so and she never acknowledged either, she sent my call to vm. How unprofessional!!!! If something came up, why not communicate that with the client! The lack of professionalism is beyond me, I will take my business elsewhere!!
