I tried to use their services for color and highlites, booked the appointment a month out and waited for my appointment. I arrived 5 minutes early, no one was there and the doors were locked. I called the other location and all they could say is Cade is out of town and they didn't get around to calling to move my appointment. They didn't offer to fit me in at the other location, just to call me some other time to reschedule.Are their clients' schedules simply unimportant? Must be wonderful to have so much business that a former client's business is so easy to toss out the window.

I came here a while back to dye my dark brunette hair to blonde and it did not turn out well at all. I understand it takes a few sessions to go blonde with dark hair and I gave the stylist 3 appointments to get my hair the correct color and it came out orange and very warm. The first time it came out as very obvious and uneven streaks, the second time it came out fully dyed but very orange. I was not happy at all. I even made sure to ask often if the color I wanted was achievable and the stylist kept saying yes. I went to another place to get it corrected and they fixed it in one session. Rachel O'Quinn did an awesome job on my hair. She was super professional. The salon itself was clean and had a great relaxing atmosphere. I am very satisfied with my end result!! Definitely recommend.
