Fast reliable service. He was able to fix my washer immediately during the service call because he had the needed parts already in his truck. I am pretty sure I have never had that happen before with any other company. I will definitely continue to use this company.

I had Appliance Magic repair my stove. They came out the day after I called and fixed it that day. The lady that answers the phone was very nice and the gentleman that fixed it was very professional. I would definitely use them again! Thank you for great service!

I am lucky to have found Appliance Magic after a terrible experience with Sears service. Denise was not only able to get me an appointment but she took the time to walk me through a common problem on dryers which could have saved me the need for service. On top of that, she even made sure to verify if I still needed their help and worked to get me into an earlier time slot that had just become available. Their customer service is absolutely first rate. Jason is knowledgeable and took the time to ensure the job was done correctly, especially since my issue was less common. The job was done quickly and at a very fair price. I can say I'm very happy to have a working dryer again before the stay at home order goes into effect. I was also happy to learn that both installed parts and labor would be covered under a one year warranty as well. If I have any appliance issues Appliance Magic will be my first call. I highly recommend you make them yours too.
