My mother and I received Covid-19 vaccines at Warm Springs Medical Center, and all the staff treated us with care and kindness. The team worked together in unity to explain each step of the vaccine process. We could not have asked for medical professionals who displayed more concern.

Stay away from the swing bed unit if you can. I could write a book on everything that happened at this My Dad was transferred here from an acute care facility. Understaffed , unprofessional , and facility is absolutely disgusting. My Dads room leaked when it rained, so therefore you have active mold growing above and on the ceiling tiles. We could not get them to wash his clothes , change his clothes etc etc. it is sad knowing facilities like this can operate. What's even more sad is the amount of $$$$ these type places get from insurance companies and don't invest back into the patients or facility. Stay away from this place!
