I am not from the area - but my best friend lives there, today is her birthday and I wanted to send her flowers. After going through 3 other companies and being refunded twice - this lovely lady took my card over the phone and had the flowers arranged and delivered within 3 hours. She made the process so easy for me and helped me surprise my bestie at work. 10/10 recommend!
