I love that Orkin sends me updates on when they are coming the day before and the tech will let me know if they can stop by earlier. I have not had an issue which them being late. My tech is always nice and professional. I have been using them since 2013 and my rates have only went up slightly.

Ricky came out for some additional treatment since we had had some bugs appearing in the kitchen. He was great and explained what he was doing. Very helpful and efficient. We appreciated the assistance.

Josh was very friendly and efficient. He gave a lot of information to help with our pest problem. He took the time to explain what he was doing and what would be the best course of action for us to do between visits.
