1 star because it won't allow 0... Roger was called out to my property by the septic tank guys, to excavate my septic tank so they could empty it. He showed up quickly and took care of the excavation. He left me his number saying he would come back to help me with other plumbing issues I was having as well.He came out on a Saturday and assessed my plumbing needs, taking note of what parts he thought he might need and gave me a verbal bid on the repairs. He then left saying he would be back the following week.
