Dale and his team has been absolutely AMAZING to work with. They are professional and great to work with. What I loved most was their transparency when issues arise. We were told what the issue was and they kept us updated when resolution would be made. Also, I’ve dealt with other contractors but Traditional Flooring is hands down my favorite and I will be a returning customer and would recommend them to my family and friends.

We went to the store on Old US Hwy 41 and right from the go they were super helpful. We picked out a few different items we liked and Dale recommended based on what we told him we were looking for. We took home a couple samples and within 5 minutes knew exactly what we wanted. Dale came by our house the next day to take measurements and then shortly after we got on the waiting list. Unfortunately my husband and I contracted COVID during the time they were scheduled to lay our flooring but they were flexible and pushed out the date a couple weeks.
