We received a quote from Roto-Rooter in October 31, to replace our Hot Water Heater. We were finally able to replace the Water Heater December 16; through no fault of Roto-Rooters. Wayne came to our house and kept us up to date on what was happening. Wayne was efficient and polite. The cost of the Water Heater and installation, plus removal was on par with the other plumbers. Mikala was the young lady we dealt with to schedule everything. She was kind and helpful, and took great care of everything.
Great service at a great price, my toilet was clogged and I tried and tried to plunge but nothing worked. I called Roto-Rooter, they were quick, efficient & informative! 10/10 would recommend & call again!!!
Chance did an amazingly, quick job. I love the phone call ahead letting you know what time they will arrive. Very fast and very courteous. Thank you for getting our water back on so quickly. I highly recommend.
