Tony was attentive, detailed and efficient. He listened to what I wanted and checked with me during the process to confirm my satisfaction. This has been the best experience I have had in a long while! I read previous reviews and confirmed pricing. Everything is documented very clearly and there was no hesitation to answer questions. Other options were offered but my polite no was accepted and service was still exceptional.
