Just had a great experience with Ray & Son. I should say another great experience! I changed from another heating and air company and have had nothing but great service!!! Michael WORSLEY has been my technician both times . He is respectful, knowledgeable, and does his job in a timely manner. Couldn’t ask for more. Thank you Ray & Son. You have a great employee in Michael!
Ray and Son are the best. I had a new Carrier unit installed 22 months ago and first of all the best decision I made. Last night around 8:20 the house was getting kinda warm and when I checked the thermostat the temp was up to 76 and it was set for 73. Needless to say the unit was not running. I called the after hour number at 8:30 and gave my information and was told the technician was on another call but would call me. You figure Saturday night probably won't see him tillsometime Sunday. That was not the case, service tech Jason not only called me but was knocking on my front door at 9:25. He checked the thermostat and saw the code was for a blower motor issue.... read full review
I was recommended by my Mom because of their professionalism and how great they are. I was extremely impressed. They are extremely good and knowledgeable. I wouldn't use anyone else for my plumbing or electrical needs. I also live in the Thomasville area. Thanks to the guys who worked on my shower and replaced my hot water heater.
