“Excellent care. Got an appointment quick. Did not have to wait much prior to the appointment. Everyone was very kind and respectful.“
“Dr Pierce is the best, he has the best bedside manner of any doctor I have ever seen. He explains things to you without talking down. He is kind and patient. I have been going to vfm for more than 20 years.“
“The staff was very friendly and courteous everything was explained to me before my procedure and was done in a professional manner“
“Dr Wallace is top of the line. He took care of me when the VA failed miserably. My follow-up appointments went great and my healing process was closely monitored by the doctor. I am 100% pleased with the outcome and no longer embarrassed to wear flops or be barefoot at the beach because of 1 toe. However, as mentioned in other reviews, the front office is clueless. They charged me $30 for "medication" that turned out to be iodine and eye drops. In total it sells for $11 at Walgreens for both and you get minimum double the sizes. Honestly, you get way more than that at Walgreens for less than half the price. The doctors could save a lot of money by cleaning out the front office and getting a couple competent staffers. And do better with a couple nurses that don't have weak stomachs when doc rips a toenail off. Good thing I had medical training and have seen my share of combat action. It did not bother me at all.Note: For military members using Tricare and VA. These community care doctors stick their necks out for us. They take and accept the horrible payments that Tricare and the VA pay and normally charge us nothing unless it's a co-pay. The insurance system is a big game of screw the patient, screw the doctor. I'm thankful there are doctors in our community that tolerate these greedy insurance companies and take care of us veterans and treat us with respect and professionalism. I highly recommend Dr Wallace and his associate. I would request them by name. The front office is a small price to pay for the experience and care you get from the Docs. Top Knotch!! Thank you Doc Wallace.“
“I’ve been going to Melissa for a couple of years now. She is definitely a provider who seeks to help you fix the root cause, not just treat the symptom. I’ve referred my family and many friends / coworkers to her and they all come back to thank me because she treated them so well and actually helped them understand. She’s a true patient advocate.“
“Coming from Quitman, Mama and me got to Exit 22 before the storm caught us. Heavy rain fell and lightning popped all around. It was before eight and we didn’t know if a soul would be at Valdosta Eye Center as we pulled in, But there someone was, holding the door open, waving us in through the storm.Kim ushered us in, seated us in the break room because a tornado warning had been issued, and Mama was never scared. Kim was calm, cool, and even though chaos was all around, had it going on.In due time, things calmed down, the doctor examined Mama, and we were homeward bound.Anybody can do good under perfect conditions, but Valdosta Eye Center does excellent under the worst. Thanks Kim!“
“Dr. Paul,
Is a wonderful caring Doctor.
He preformed my back surgery and I have had no problems at all
He scheduled my follow up appointments before leaving the hospital.
He is the best.“
