I am SO glad we reached out to Lance to help us with our home. We tried another service and even set up an appointment but they never came. Lance gave us a call about an hour prior to our appointment time to let us know that he would be there soon. When he got here he introduced himself to my roommate and I with a big smile on his face. He explained to us what he would be doing today and also what he will be doing the next time. We will be moving into another house soon and will definitely be taking Lance with us! Thank you so much!

Lance was so kind and very informative. He reassured me and answered all my questions and even explained what would happen next. He was the second exterminator I called because the first one never showed up for my appointment. He called an hour in advance and soon arrived at the time scheduled. He was a huge help and I will definitely be sticking with Lance for all my bug problems!
