Sharon was rude, unprofessional and my dog was showing behavior that he was traumatized. He had a large gash from the clippers under the chin with blood. Nothing was said to me about it.

Not impressed. Unprofessional. Our dog was brought out front unleashed, we didn't know until I turned around and saw him running towards the door. Luckily no one was coming or going at the moment so was able to gather him up. Then found him soaking wet under his jaw from panting. While I'm talking to him to calm him down, the lady behind the window acted like I didn't know my own dog ‍‍ Got him home and he drank so much water he made himself sick Which tells me he had nothing to drink during his visit. Unfortunate for him and us as we are trying to find a dependable groomer. So the search goes on.

I called several times and got no answer, finally had the chance to go in only to be told they are booked for 4-6 weeks. Had no intention to try and get me an appointment basically saying we can’t get an appointment. Also had someone playing video games in the entrance? Yeah wouldn’t recommend
